Happy Friday! I hope your day is fabulous and you have a fantastic Memorial Day Weekend! This could possibly be my most frugal outfit of the day post to date, if not the most frugal, definitely in my top five!
Green striped baseball style shirt $4 Old Navy, bought last month on clearance. I love how lightweight this shirt is, I loved the style and fit so much I bought a few, here is a link to one of the other shirts I purchased at the same time.
Bootcut Joe’s Jeans $6.99 from Goodwill, details here. Finding these jeans that fit perfectly for $6.99 was awesome and a huge eye-opener! I plan to do a lot more thrifting over the summer. I am embarrassed to say I have bought Joe’s, Citizens, 7’s, Paige, Rock and Republic, etc in the past for full price. I will confess I have spent $150-$200+ on one pair of jeans! It has been a few years, but I would never spend this much, ever again!
Metallic flat sandals $12 Target, bought a few weeks ago, last seen here. I think these are a great find. One of my fabulous friends has them in mint and they are adorable! I might see if I can’t find them in mint in my size!
Silver ball beaded necklace free from my grandma. I think this is a great necklace, Tiffany & Co. sells a similar necklace for $350, here. This is a great piece that I will wear for a long time and it is versatile and can be worn with casual outfits or more dressy outfits.
Have a fabulous three-day weekend! I am going to take a blogging hiatus for the weekend and spend some quality time with my family!
xoxo Kari
Oh, I just adore your silver necklace! Kinda of retro yet with a modern twist. It goes nice with your outfit….very cute!
Thanks doll! It could be retro, it came from my grandma’s jewelry box!
