Spring is a fun and busy time of year and I felt like dressing the part today in this spring chambray ensemble.  I am trying to get back into my blogging routine, life has been busy in the last few weeks and I am playing blogging catch-up!  Hopefully by the end of this week, I will be caught up!

Chambray button up shirt $17.99 Forever21, last seen here.  I love how versatile chambray can be.  I wore this top tucked into a pencil skirt recently and it was super cute, I failed to take a pic, so I will do a post the next time I wear it!  Chambray is definitely the new neutral or white t-shirt,  it literally goes with everything.

White premium stretch cropped skinny jeans by Calvin Klein $18 from Costco, last seen here.  The more I wear these jeans, the more I love them!  The fit and stretch are perfect, not too tight or uncomfortable, but fitted enough to keep their shape and still look flattering by the end of the day!  I plan to wear these all year round and will tuck them into boots in the fall and winter!

Green painted polka dot scarf $10.19 Banana Republic Outlet, last seen here. I love green!  It is the color of life and makes me happy!  I think it pairs really well with the blue of the chambray and contrasts well with the white jeans.

As far as shoes and accessories, I wore some of my go to pieces.  My tan Steve Madden wedge sandals, bought years ago at Macy’s and rose gold accessories.  I am so glad I showed my husband this Badgley Mischka rose gold watch at Costco, other than my wedding ring, it is the item I wear most often!
